We aren't happy unless you're happy. If for any reason you aren't delighted with your purchase, please return the items in new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
During the Holiday season we have a special holiday period return policy; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.
For items purchased online, unless the return is due to our error, the buyer will need to pay for the return shipments.
Instructions on how to return items:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (or call (919) 977-3215) with the following information:
- Name, phone number, email address
- Order number or date of order
- Products you wish to return: description, quantity, reason for return
- Condition of the item
2. We'll email a return authorization within one business day.
3. Ship your package to us with the provided return authorization in the box
4. We'll send you an email when the refund is processed.
